Are you tired of sitting in traffic, standing in long lines, and buying presents with only a temporary value, only to ask what happened to the real meaning of the holidays? Would you rather give gifts that keep on giving? The Prince of Peace Church Alternative Gift Fair offers you an alternative.

On December 4, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., conveniently located at the corner of Cleveland Road and Ironwood Drive in South Bend, Prince of Peace Church will have plenty of parking and a warm atmosphere to browse for a gift from Ten Thousand Villages made by a third world artisan who is fairly paid, or for the chance to make a meaningful donation to a worthy cause, such as Church World Service (CROP), Hope Rescue Mission, or Heifer Project International in honor of someone you love. Of course, you can also find traditional treasures from some of our local vendors, including the Explorations! Toy Store, where you can find creative, educational, fun and nonviolent presents for the children in your life, or Just Goods, a local seller of finely crafted clothing.
